The proposal on the order viabilistico of project is inserted in an ampler strategic vision of the mobility of Seriate. To speak of sustainable mobility doesn't only mean to stimulate ways to move himself/herself/themselves less impattanti, but also to create the conditions for an urban regeneration of the historical center, through the creation of pleasant and desirable urban spaces for the development of the socialità and the small commerce.
